By accessing or participating in the TRIDEN token presale ("Presale") hosted by TRIDEN (the "Platform"),
you ("User") agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or participate.

Utility Token

TRIDEN is a utility token for accessing features of TRIDEN, a non-custodial cryptocurrency platform.
It is not an investment, security, or financial instrument. No profits or returns are promised.
Participation is a contribution to access platform features with no guarantee of Platform delivery.

Eligibility Confirmation

By participating in this presale, you confirm you are not located in or a resident of the United States,
China, the European Union, or any sanctioned jurisdiction, are solely responsible for complying with all
applicable laws, and are at least 18 years old.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including securities, tax,
and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Verify participation is legal in your jurisdiction.
Consult legal or financial advisors. TRIDEN provides no advice.

Restricted Jurisdictions

The Presale is not available in the United States, China, European Union, or sanctioned jurisdictions
(e.g., North Korea, Iran). You confirm you are not in these regions or sanctioned.

Non-Custodial and Non-VASP

The Platform is non-custodial.
The Presale smart contract processes ETH and mints TRIDEN tokens without holding funds or collecting data.
TRIDEN is not a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) and does not relay transactions.

Risk Acknowledgment

Participation is at your own risk. You accept risks of loss, volatility, hacking, or regulatory changes.
TRIDEN is not liable for any losses or damages.

No Warranties

The Presale is provided "as is" without warranties.

Indemnity

You indemnify TRIDEN against claims or losses from your participation or legal violations.

Privacy Statement

The Platform does not collect, store, or process personal data (e.g., names, IPs, wallet addresses).
The IPFS interface uses no cookies or tracking tools.
You are responsible for securing your wallet and complying with data protection laws.
Third-party tools (e.g., MetaMask, Ethereum nodes) may have their own privacy policies, which TRIDEN does not control.

Acceptance

By participating in the TRIDEN Presale, you agree to these Terms of Use
through a checkbox on the presale contribution page.
This agreement includes confirming that you are not located in or a resident of the United States, China, the European Union,
or any sanctioned jurisdiction, are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations,
and are at least 18 years old.

No Refunds

All contributions to the Presale are final and non-refundable.
Users acknowledge that once ETH is sent, it cannot be withdrawn or reversed under any circumstances.
